Looking for a reliable caregiver to assist with activities of daily living for a young adult woman with special needs. You must have a car, driver's license, and proof of insurance. Job requirements are as follows: Provide companionship and assist with ADL's At least one year experience in caregiving CNA is a plus Must be reliable, responsible and punctual Patience, understanding, kindness and a sense of humor are required Must be able to tolerate cats and second hand smoke Must be able to speak and read English Must pass background check and provide two solid references Hours are from 8 am to 2:30 pm two days per week (most often Thursdays and Fridays) and one evening per week from 2 to 9 pm. Approximately 20 hours per week at a rate of $11.55 per hour funded by DHS, State of IL HomeServices program. Please provide a detailed resume outlining experience.
