JOB OVERVIEW
The position of Junior Recruiter is primarily responsible for assisting in finding top talent and coordinating facets of the recruiting functions. Position requires recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in. This individual will be responsible for delivering high quality service to customers and employees by matching skills of candidates to customer needs. The right individual will be developing and retaining business by providing customer service and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly with customers and candidates, recruit highly qualified candidates, maintain accurate records of business transactions and provide over-all solutions. This role includes the following essential duties and responsibilities.
Perform all necessary on - boarding; including verifying references, previous work experience, and all applicable licensure/certification(s)/OSHA requirements, obtaining assignment evaluations for performance reviews when needed.
Maintain applicant and client files by utilizing internal systems.
Recruit on special region projects for Pharmacist and Technicians.
Assist operations with payroll processing of Associates to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll.
Administrative support with Marketing programs.
Identify and recruit potential Pharmacy Associates through referrals, job fairs, company/client-sponsored events, establishing relationships with local college and technical school placement offices, direct mail / traditional advertising and developing new recruiting sources.
Direct sourcing into Pharmacy environments to uncover new opportunities and associates.
Phone screen potential applicants. Interview qualified applicants and drill into their specialties.
Provide solid communication within our division and peers as to associate and client interaction.
Ensure proper pay rates, bill rates and gross profit percentages for all business.
Job postings.
Associate travel needs.
Background and drug testing.
Third party vendors management, ie; ensemble / chimes / dotstaff.
Internal float pool training processes.
Assist in all payroll follow up with timecards and missing documentation.
Job Requirements
College Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer service fields, sales and marketing or experience in a service related industry would be helpful.
Excellent organization, written and verbal communications skills
Meet minimum new recruit numbers

Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to embrace and respect the team culture approach
Computer skills in MS Office, Internet and email tools.
