Sound like a place you’d like to work? Read on….
Who we’re looking for:
You have a burning desire to do excellent work. You genuinely care about people and taking care of their technology is just one of the ways you express that.
You love technology, but it’s just one of many interests. You understand that the difference between doing a good job and great job is in how you sweat the details. You like to meet new people, and you like to fix things you didn’t break. You can think of three metaphors or other ways to explain a complex technical concept to a layperson and you naturally check in to be sure haven’t lost them.
Passion about your job and caring for your clients are qualities that don’t sound too squishy for you. This means you are thoughtful and proactive. You are confident in your abilities to solve problems on your own, ask for help when you need it and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You know how to go the extra mile when that’s what it’s going to take to give excellent service.
You must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to do this job. You need to be the kind of person that people like to have around. It doesn’t hurt to have a sense of humor and a strong desire to help people.
