Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer or SQL guru wanted
at Amazon.com's Vendor Services in Seattle, Washington
Amazon Retail Analytics Premium is a global program which provides vendors with a window into Amazon’s vast data stores. Our mission is to make Amazon the best place on the planet for vendors to get insight into their retail business and their customers.
Some of the hard problems we face are: How can we display the data in such a way as to make it accessible and actionable to people who are not data wonks? How can we optimize performance such that we can display views into our vast data stores in a timely manner? How can we make the application interactive while retaining reasonable performance? How can we make the application indispensible throughout a vendor’s organization? What new data should we include next and why? It is early days yet for this tool, giving you the opportunity to make a big impact.
We are seeking an outstanding Business Intelligence Engineer to join Amazon.com’s Vendor Services team and build a high-impact business intelligence application to enable vendors to better run their businesses on and off of Amazon. You will work with one of the world’s largest and most complex data sets, striving to enable data-driven decision-making for Amazon’s largest partners.
