At the hub of the system's six-hospital network is Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center of Boston, a tertiary academic teaching hospital affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine. The other acute care hospitals in Massachusetts are Caritas Carney Hospital, Dorchester; Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton; Caritas Holy Family Hospital and Medical Center, Methuen; Caritas Norwood Hospital, Norwood; and Saint Anne's Hospital, Fall River.

Job Description:
Takes vital signs on all patients according to department policy. Assists patients to dress and undress according to department policy. Escorts patients to exam rooms and treats all patients with respect, is courteous, considerate and non-judgmental. Notifies physician and or nurse immediately if any patient displays signs of physical/emotional distress. Medical Assistant will also be responsible for clerical responsibilities including making appointments, greeting patients.
Qualifications: Medical Assistant experience is required. Medical Terminology required. Caritas Carney Hospital is an equal opportunity employer.
