Main job is to manage all aspects of assigned client accounts, including but not limited to, charges, payments, insurance follow up, write offs and collections. Using bilingual skills, provide resolution for client, patient, and insurance carrier calls. Ensure that all claims for assigned carrier(s) (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, Commercials) are processed and adjudicated in an efficient and compliant manner. Required Skills: • Ability to interact professionally and productively with all levels of the organization and our clients. • Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak) is required • Must pass bilingual test • Strong analytical skills • Detail oriented. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows applications. Work experience requirements: • Minimum 1-3 years medical billing experience. • Exposure to all aspects of the billing industry (i.e. billing, follow up, payment posting, refunds, and collections). Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Some college or associate degree preferred.
