The Ensign Group was established in 1999 and has an impressive track record of acquiring underperforming facilities and transforming them into the facilities of choice in their communities. We have grown to 80 facilities and look forward to continued success. We assume ownership of this facility February 1 and are working on putting together an in-house therapy team who will work toward developing outstanding clinical programs, configuring the facility rehab space, selecting therapy equipment, and assessing the future path of this facility. In return we commit to providing strong operational and clinical support, a stable dedicated Director of Rehab on site daily, and the professional freedom to make a significant difference in the lives of your patients every day. We seek an PRN staff who is passionate about providing quality care to an adult patient population in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for someone who is a team player, enjoys working with other healthcare professionals, who has good communication skills, and good clinical knowledge.
